Quick questions about the OmniPCX Office, and its capabilities

Hello,
I am looking to buy a compact and rackable PBX that can interface ISDN T1/E1, BRI, analog (lots of them), but that can also connect to an ITSP for trunk lines, and the OmniPCX got me interested because the cards are pretty inexpensive and common compared to other PBX solutions (for reference, I looked into the HiPath 3000 and Adtran Atlas 550/830/890 lineups, but also Asterisk cards). My project is to make a home 56K dial-up that I can also bring with me to events, and the OmniPCX seems to fit my requirements as I may need PRIs in the future to expand my digital modem server.
I have a few questions :
1) What objective differences are there between the OXE and OXO models ?
2) What types of licenses are there on the OmniPCX, and what do they impact ?
3) Do CPU models (CPU-1, CPU-2, CPU-3...) limit the combinations of cards ?
4) Did the chassis evolve between generations of CPU cards (can I swap newer CPU cards into a newer chassis) ? ]
I plan to buy several SLI-16 cards for analog modems to plug into, as well as 2 BRA-8 and 2 PRA-T2 cards for the digital modem cards.
The chassis will probably be a Large or a medium.
Thanks in advance, have a good day !
