Frequent reboots on Alcatel IP Touch 4000 phones

Hi,

I have Alcatel IP Touch 4000 series phones connected to an OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) system that are rebooting frequently, and I’m trying to determine the root cause.

At one remote site, three phones are connected directly to the router. Two of the three phones randomly reboot, while the third one works perfectly.

The PCs connected through the phones do not experience any network issues, and continuous ping tests show no packet loss.

What would be the best way to diagnose why these IP phones are rebooting?
Are there specific logs, traces, or commands on OXE that I should check?
