Bypass forward to voice mail

Hi,
is there a way for an internal caller to bypass the forward to voicemail the same way as it is possible to bypass the forward to another set?
For example set A is forwarded immediately to a 4645 VM and set B calls set A. Set B should then be able to press a key to call A instead of beaing forwarded to the VM.
