Are you suggesting adding another key choice for "more information" or something to that effect?

Ideally, I would like the greeting to repeat twice then disconnect like IAA.

Why not edit your Wav or whatever and duplicate the message there?

I was hoping not to have to ask the user to rerecord the greeting again, but this time read it twice consecutively. In our old Centigram VM system you could select how times an option mbx greeting would play before disconnected the call. Seems rude to disconnect people if they have not made a selection.

Is there are way for calls to default to an extension if no selection is made? Let's say someone calls from a rotary dial phone they can not press any key, how can I make calls automatically route to an extension of my choice?

T create a custom help prompt if access the main menu of the Type 32 MB and then chose option 3 (Greetings) and then choose option 2 (Custom help prompt) you can then record a help prompt which could give additional information of just play the same message again.

You could also use a different attendant schedule destination for this mailbox and this destination is another type 32 mailbox which gives the same options again.
