DDI ringing configuration problem

Hello,

On OXO 6, is it true that a terminal can't belong to several hunting groups?

What I would want to do is allow each terminal to have its own DDI number that would make it ring individually, but also to keep a telephone number that would make every single terminal ring.

My installator tells me that it is impossible since a terminal can't both belong to the attendant group and have a DDI number. Is that true? If the answer is yes, is it possible to activate general tracking on stations with a DDI number?

Thanks in advance.

Terminals on an OxO can belong to multiple hunting groups in any configuration (Parallel,Cyclic or Sequential)
What I would want to do is allow each terminal to have its own DDI number that would make it ring individually, but also to keep a telephone number that would make every single terminal ring.
No problem just give the terminal a valid DDI number using this the set can be rung directly, if the DDI number for the goup is rung then all of the phones in the group will ring (depending on the group type that is)
My installator tells me that it is impossible since a terminal can't both belong to the attendant group and have a DDI number. Is that true? If the answer is yes, is it possible to activate general tracking on stations with a DDI number?
Your Installer is talking out of his posterior (or he is confusing the OxE with the OxO) sets can be in the attendant group and have a DDI number, which make the second part of that sentence moot.

Even in OXE you can go round this using virtual sets and set supervision keys with or without hunting groups   8)
