Anyone know this I know it is a key combo like the eeprom reset but cannot remember it

Depends on the version of handset but on the 100/200 and the 300/400 (i think)
Switch on while holding down the hang-up key and the phone book key, allow the phone to start before you release them.
Then long press on the 9 to activate the feature

is it also possible to put the Mobile 500 in survey mode?
Theres no Phone-book key

DECT 500 site survey mode
1 – Push [Menu] key
2 - *632*
3 – Selecct “Site survey mode”
4 – Push (OK) button

Hi there,
i'm trying to flash a Mobile 500 with Flashloader Tool. It says:
Target not in boot mode
Error Code : NO_BOOT_MODE_DETECTED_ERROR
Thread end
How do i put the Device in Boot mode ?

Handset off
Press + hold button on stick
Handset on
Hold button on stick
Click start in Flashtool
When process starts release the button on stick
The attached one is old but maybe useful. (There were the downloader not able to choose handset type but only Chip type)

when trying to turn on handset while pressing the button on the stick, nothing happens on the handset, it doesn't turn on.
EDIT: And i can't start the download Tool, it says again "Not in Boot Mode"
Ideas ?

Normal. Ignore it and go on. After flashing - if handset doesn't start - remove battery and plug battery again. Then try again.

OK, found something:
Driver for Device "CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller" is missing. Can't find it on my system and it is not in the program directory.

As I remember it's installed together with the SW?!
You can try to install the DHC Software to get it. (DECT Handset Configurator) e.g. Version 2.2.6.4 - see Business Portal Download Section for Terminals.
