is it possible to install Alcatel OXE Release 8 on a VmWare ESX Server 3?

I tried, but after the installation de system reboots en then gives the following error:

Unable to mount fs on 08:04

Thanks for any reply...

You know that this VMWare idea is only for lab purposes right?
