PM 5 Software Problem

Hi All
New to alcatel telephone systems generally work with Panasonic systems. I have taken over OMNIPCX Office large telephone with a add on OMNIPCX Office medium. The system was belonging to a French manfacturing company but they up and left Ireland leaving all behind. A new company has taken over this factory manfacturing something completely different.
My problem is that, when I am using the PM5 software on the system I cannot see the the cards on the main cabinet thus I cannot see or change the 'External Access' settings. I can log on through the PM5 software change things etc..Has anybody any ideas. I found the PM5 software in the IT Dept from the previous company.

1) Which release the OXO is?

2) May be because the PM5 and the OMC, have conections profiles. Easy, Easy Plus, and Expert.

I think you are conecting as Easy or Easy Plus, Im not sure, but as I remember, this profiles did not have rights to see and manage the trunks, this it only for expert profile.

3) Before conect to the oxo, you must select EXPERT profile.

Test and let me know the results.
