I tryed to install a VPM35 R5.01 board in a 4400 system. When the board finishes initialization, instead of the normal menu, (where I must give password 2222 or 5555), the board shows : 4635 application server login: Now, the only possible account and login, that I managed to put in the system, was mtcl.
Then I get root (#) promt
What is the state of the board ? What should I do ?

1. Read the manual before installing
2. At least try to connect to the appropriate V.24 port.

This is not the case my friend, I know which port I was connected to (it is not the system port, it is the board port)

Well, then only point 1 will work for you

if you do not care to check state of the board with "config x y" command or check whether VM is working dialling VM access prefix.

Jopatini,
Which DB25 did you connect to your PC ?
Red ring or black ring ?
