ringing in Operator

hi,
i am using oxo R4 and another R6, but the customer need when the operator is busy and the extension call to the operater in the same time he want him to heard normal ringing (like when he don't busy) not beeb beeb
can anyone help me

Have you check, How many General Resourses Keys, that the attendant have?

All my systems, to the operator, I programm almost 3 or 4 General Resourses Keys (Incoming-Outgoing / Internal-External) and never have this trouble.

If you still have this problem, look under Feature Design / Part 1 and make sure "Busy attendant Indication" is not marked.
