4645 Greeting options

The R8 docs indicate there are three greetings available to the users:

You can record three types of greeting messages:
A personal greeting message that will be played if you are away (no answer),
A "greeting on busy" message that will be played if you are already on a call.
An "extended absence" message if you are away from your office for a long period (traveling, on vacation...)
Note: When this type of greeting message is in operation, no one will be able to leave a message in your voice mailbox.

I've been told there is a COS flag that, when set, allows for three personal greetings (for a grand total of 5).

Can anyone shed some additional light on this, direct me to configuration details?

Thanks!

Eliott (OXE_Alien) Vs Oldboy (OXE_Predator) for shortest answers

At the moment, OXE_Alien is winning with his 'yes' post in my 'patch loading' query.

OXE_Predator - there is only one answer that can beat that! - see if you can get it in before the OXE_Alien
