I have noticed on two systems running g13026e that if I modify the system time, the 4645 goes into a very weird state. The voice guides play strangely, the 4645 doesn't register DTMF properly and messages that are left are not understandable, they are scrambled or garbled.

Takes a system reboot to correct, rebooting GD and 4645 on shelf 18 doesn't fix the problem.

Anyone else had this problem and not put two and two together that you just changed the system time and this started happening?

There is a lot of issues lately with 4645.. Did you try to upgrade to patch 14 ?

I don't have access, and after looking at the list of fixes since patch 11, I'm afraid to load patch 11.
