Hi all,
I generated some reports in OmniVista (Detailed Report), I'm curious about some records that was in the report which was the Extension is sometimes blank, "------------------------" or "FS0001". This reports are all outgoing calls. Any idea where these calls came from?
Thanks.
Regards,
Meynard

Hi,
In my experience the FS00x apeer in several ways:
- When you receive an inbound call and you transfer the call outside acd area
- Ivr doing the same...
- If you have a CTI, it can affect also.

To explain a little more,
Imagine that you've got a normal ddi line that goes to a pilot.
In the working hours you answer the calls, but after 17:00 pm you transfer the calls to your client home number with a transfer group. (in CCS)
In the ominivista will apper two records, one is inbound with the cli of the person that make a call to the pilote, and the other is outbound, with your client home number as a destination number.
But whats the extension that makes this outbound call? So it will apeer FS000x.
This is only one situation, but there exist others.
What i don't know is why in the same situation it shows diferent values like FS0001, FS0002, FS0000, etc...

The 'FS' entries are related to trunk groups, there is one assigned for each trunk group registered in Omnivista. You can view them in the accounting area (can't remember exactly where at the moment though).
Hope this helps

When you see -------------------- this means extensions that you declare under system administration not to tax (i mean you declare this using mgr under users). So the system put all the tickets under this entity. Check this because I don't remember if this was -------------------- or ******************. regards.
