List of incoming calls / incoming call number on resource ky

Is there a way to get a list of incoming calls on the 4039s? It's nice to have the number when you missed a call, but sometimes it would also be good to be able to bet back the number of the last client which call you did answer, but after 10 minutes you hanged up by error - if only to apologize.

By the way, the number of the person currently on a line only appears on the line resource key of the person calling/called. Is there a way to make it display on the whole operator group's line resource keys?

Nop. However you can use PimPhony for that purpose.

To call all the extensions in the same time define a parallel hunt group and rout the call to it.

I don't mean when it rings, I mean when an extension is already speaking to someone. I'd like the extensions in the operator group to be able to see just who is on the line.

Make supervision keys on every extension on the op group. You will see who is speaking and who is not.

Yes, but you will will not see who they are speaking too, I would think this could be invasion of privacy in most organizations...

but its possible with some cti applications... but you will need this application and the tapi licenses in the pbx...
