Hi

I have installed the Pimphony Basic with PC multimedia after configuration when I started the Pimphony it's not starting I am getting the error frmMain.CnxAocDial error code 0x91

I tried by connecting directly with cross cable and through LAN to OXO I am getting same error.

I already disabled Firewall and antivirus software in XP professional.

Can you help me please

It usually happens when something either when something is installed on the computer or you have run the Pimphony with same extension number in another computer with different settings.

Uninstall Pimphony from Windows Control Panel.
Reinstall it.

I have the same problem with error code: 0x100 when using PIMphony with softphone number.
My Pbx have 10 licences softphone number. When i use PIMphony with other number like analog or IP numbers it no problem. But when i use "PIMphony Configuration Wizard" to config with the softphone number it will apear the alert:

Connection error
(error code: 0x100)
frmMain.CnxAocDial

Anybody can help me!!!
