We use long-distance access codes from our Telco provider - the code is entered after a long-distance number is dialed. One of our users wants to program a speed-dial button on his set with a long-distance number and add a couple of pauses and then the long-distance code. Is there a way to enter a "pause" in a speed-dial number? (The 'pound' sign # doesn't seem to do it.)

There currently is no way to add a pause to a speed dial that I am aware of. A marketing request was submitted sometime ago for this feature. The user could use a second button for the code.
