I'm having hard time connecting to CPU-3m please Help!!

after i enter the password and press 'ok' button this prompt will pop up...

"Warning: The current target product of OMC does not match the one of the PCX."

and this happens everytime!!! Please Help me!!!

The version of OMC you are using is not compatible with the version of software (or the software tool) loaded on the the 3m.
If it is a 3m then chances are it is Rel6/6.1 or and early 7.
OMC is (generally) backwards compatible so if you have a version of OMC that is Rel7 then you should be fine.
OMC700 9.1a for instance will be fine.

The long and the short is that you are using an older version of OMC than the software on the CPU
