Hi
I have newly upgraded an OXO PABX to accept a new mix 4/8/4 card. The card is accepted and present but I cannot see the equipment in the subscribers list. Can anyone give me an explanation why it is so?

Thanks

What kind of shelf do you have? On what slot did you put the MIX board? Is that the slot on which Actis defined the board at quotation?

Are you sure that it is accepted as on the later releases if you did not have the sw locks for the b channels on mix board then the card would not come into service.

Try and give some more info "sw release of the PCX and the cabinet type 1/2/3"

the OXO is a small rack. It has the B channels increased after the upgrade. In the slot 1 , there is an AMIX 4/4/8 and in the slot 2 i have added the MIX card

When you configured the upgrade where did Actis put the mix board? Try to put on the first slot the mix and on the 2nd the AMIX.

What sw release are you on? MIX version -1?

the slot was configured as BRA4 at first and the upgrade was to make it accept the MIX4/8/4. I'll try to interchange and the OXO is on version -1

Actually the B-channels were incremented for the mixed boards but the number of digital extensions and analog extensions were not included.
