Alcatel Unleashed

When i sign into my 4980 websoftphone...i encouter this error and i am not sure of how to correct it...pleaz help me!

My error:
"Alcatel websoftphone-Cannot initalise Voice on IP module. The IP-voice could not be executed."

During the VoIP installation.

Be sure to have administrative priviledges when installing app. Also if using windows XP SP2 in the firewall make sure apps involved are allowed to make a connection.
