Hi everyone

I use when i work @ home the 4980 Websoftphone via VPN Connection @work. I test sound, loudspeakers and mikro are ok. Maybe il will make a call the person at the other end cant here me. Strange.

A technicien says to me thats a problem while my Headphone is not on the Compatibility-List from Alcatel... aehm sorry i use a normal GN USB Headphone, i dont see a problemto use this.... USB is USB or not ?

Anyone any idea where i found this list or can say me whats my problem ?

Try this, connect a USB cam and configure your softphone to use that mic, does it work? I found that on Lenovo laptops they have an issue with soundmax driver and mic is useless on this configuration. Be sure that WSP has the bluetooth board selected. I also use BT and no problems...and I use a Plantronic X model...

I put a Plantronics compatibility doc in the pastebin. I know you said you use GN, I don't have a doc for that.
