haha I hope your being sarcastic, Im the first in my country to get one, and AL cant help as they havent even used one here yet.
Do you have any documentation, installation manual, inital configuration??? something along those lines
all I can get on the BPWS is the troubleshooting guide.

? What do you mean? Right now I'm looking at Techs docs available on BPWS where all installation is detailed under Technical knowledge Base.

I am having trouble with the licensing part of setting up the BiCS. I have the FlexiD dongle plugged in, i have the license files xxxxx.sw4760, xxxx.k2, xxxxxx.lic and xxxxxx.swk on another usbkey and have that plugged in but when I am running through the configuration wizard it is not recognising the files. I can see the usbkey and browse to it, but the wizard still says no license files found.
Any ideas, ESR's are not helping much at this stage, just telling things we already know.

Hi,
From what i understand, there should be 06 files in the USB keys in the folder "licensek2".

I have been told the other 2 files the xxx.mao and xxxx.zip are generated from the OXE from the swk file.
I have tried to put them into a folder named "licensek2" i have also tired the root directory of the usb key, still the system doesnt see them.
any more ideas?

You have to run the swk file through actis as you normally would and then export mao and then put all the files onto the bics dongle through the wizard.....
