HELP, HELP, HELP!
I changed the operator, administrator and installer`s password and I forgot it all.
Can I reset it to default configuration if I don`t know the password? or Did you know the manufacturer password for OXO?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi Dude
If you have the back up taken earlier try giving the cold reset and upload the backup with only the required parameters and see it will work out for you and the password will become default and again u canplay around .
mean while ill try to get the manufacturer password

Thanks a lot, I myself had a similar idea, but if you stop the system, you pull off the CPU board, you take off/ take on the battery and you restart, then the system starts with a bad date/time; you don't lose its configuration, it refreshes itself from backup, from flasheprom.
Have you ever tried to do what you said?
Can you reset it cold if you don't have any external support? It was possible for older Alcatel, but not for OXO

Now that would be a handy thing, much easier than cold starting when installer password is unobtainable.
If someone does have it I would love to know what it is also.
Thanks

You must use LOLA tool to erase flash on CPU. Try alcatel businesspartners near you.javascript:emoticon('')

have you tried to unplug the power cable?
the system should revert to its original configuration, after which you can upload your latest configuration (before you changed your password).

Thanks, I will try to unplug the power cable from behind of OXO, but with this action you can broke the operating system from CPU and I think, if you cut off the electricity and the OXO shutdown (similary with unplug), after it stays on battery, when restarts, it restarted with actual configuration. Sorry, I don't think is a good idea, did you try what you said?

If you shutdown oxo with button as usual but remove mains power before oxo has finished shutdown procedure this will default the configuration.
It happened to me accidently while shutting down the power went off just had to reload database and all was ok.
