hi,

i have a normal user that is having Public Network Cat. = 2. I tested using it to make idd call. it works.

but when a ccd agent logins (i have also set the agent Public Network Cat to 2). he cannot make idd calls. Do you know what happen. on the phone set. it says not authorised after i have pressed 9 (to seize the truck) and 001.

Try to set the Pilot Public Network Category = 2 , maybe this helps ?

Can the agent make idd calls when he is in withdrawal ???
