DISA line remains blocked.

Hello ALl.
.I`m having problem with DISA line.If someone calling from outside the DISA line, and he hears the message:"You are connected with.. plese dial the ext. number or wait for the operator" and if this caller ends the call the DISA line remains blocked until I pull out the card from the panel and isnert it again.
I have informed also the Alcatel but until now no answer.The OXO software is PM5, release 4. 11.

What kind of lines do you use?
If analogue: Are you use Busy Tone Detection or Polarity Reversal ?

I`m using analog and none of the options is clicked.(installed by the Alcatel-partner)

OK. In this case try to use the Busy Tone Detection.
I hope it works well in your country...

(And check the value of the MinBsySeq in the System Miscellaneous / Memory Read&Write / Other Label if the default is 03 change it to 05.
some times the connection cuts under the conversation, if this value is 03)

Thank you very much Steve. All resolved out.Ticked the Busy Tone Detection and also changed the value MinBsySeq from 03 to 05.Tested everything Ok.

Hello Again.Unfortunately I am still having problem with Disa Analog lines.I have changed the Busy tone Detection and also the MinBusySeq from 03 to 05.It worked for a few days then again today the same problem.I tried also the Revers Polarity but no success.Is there any specific configuration for Different countries for Busy Tone Detection ?I reside in Albania but the Target software is Slovenia.
