I have a Alcatel OXO R7 with 4029 and 4039 handsets.

Is there an option to show missed calls on this handsets.

Also can the LED flash to signal a missed call?

The issue is for the internal calls for now.

The E1 line for external calls is not ready so we cannot not test that yet.

Try to install Pimphony Basic (it's free) and see if you can see the list of calls.
What exact release of 7.0 do you have? Type of phone defined correctly?

In OXO on 4029/4039 you couldn't see missed INTERNAL calls, only external. But with PIMphony you have log of all calls. Of course internal caller may ask callback or use text message to indicate to called subscriber about his call.
