Hello I'm using AAS 7.1.1 and there is no 'mcelib.dll' file on my system

the AAS7 uses to write/read FLASH cards, it's MCELIB.DLL and it can be found in the win/system32 directory.

AAS 7.0 packages requires two software licenses; one for GoldWave 4.26 software and an other one MCE.DLL for the PCMCIA drive.
The MCE DLL software is subject to one license per set and per user. The license number is provided on a sticker on the front panel of the PCMCIA reader on which is written "Elan".

OH, how can i get the license for the mce.dll file . or ,i must installation a n the AAS software in other version.
