digit collection first than route call to queue

hi,

what is the best tool to use in the ccd when i need to prompt user via interactive voice reponses (user would press 1 or 2 or 3) before routing the call to a specific queue.


I heard that IAA can be used for the above. is there any other tools that i can use

I would go for an automated attendant first, then go to the CCS
