ACD Agent Applications Working In Citrix Environment

Hi everyone. I know that Alcatel do not support applications for citrix, but has anyone managed to get the Agent Assistant application running in a citrix environment.
Has anyone managed to get any OXO applications running in citrix? If so was it easy to configure?
Does any one know what protocol Agent Assistant application uses to connect to the OXO? FTP?
I appreciate any feed back
