Alcatel TSAPI Premium Server 6.2.2

Hello,

I have installed Alcatel TSAPI Premium Server 6.2.2 in a PC with Windows 2003 Standard Edition. I have configured the following line in Alccsta.cfg 'NiceAlcatel localhost 3595'. The Alcatel Open Telephony Server service is running. When I open the cstatst32.exe application and try to Connect Server filling the server name with 'ALCATEL#NiceAlcatel#CSTA#localhost' I´m getting the error 'Error Message acsGetEventBlock
stream failed'.
Does someone know what I´m doing wrong?

hi,

did you use " NiceAlcatel" in OTS manager conf?
use this name for the characteristic name of CSTA V2

1st: Is 6.2.2 the last stable version? I don't think so (6.3.1 iirc).
2nd: to open a csta dialog with cstatst32 there is no need to change anything in cfg files, just use ots manager and everything works in < 15 minutes.
