ARS betwen two nodes

Hello!
I Have two OXOs by h.323, one side has Rls 3.1 and the other has Rls 5.1. The customer in rls 3.1 has a APA8 and wants to know whether it is possible that:
When all the lines on the APA8 are Busy create an automatic overflow maybe by ARS to take the lines of another PBX for outgoing calls. On Rls 5.1 thay have a PCM

I configure a prefix for users, to take line on the other side, but the question is whether someone has planned something similar by ARS between two nodes

Thanks in advanced!!!

Don't know much on the OXO but the OXE has a parameter under the trunk group that allows an overflow trunk group for this purpose.

Yes,
you on ARS table you create prefixes to go out on local APA8 and create a subline to go to remote site to pick the line up over there in case of local APA8 are busy.
