Good morning friend,
1-I try to change the ACD station of Login ID from agent to supervisor but it can not modified
It given error message"Type ACD=Agent/Supervisor : Can't be modified"
2-When I logon the supervisor ID it say "Logon not authorize"
I am stuck for this yesterday
Please give me advise to resolve the problem

As far as I know you can modify an agent to supervisor or the opposite. You have to delete the agent and the create it as supervisor.

For the second one go to Applications ---> CCD ---> Operators ---> Operators Data Management.
Choose your supervisor number and put on the associated number, the pro ACD internal number.

Then go to attaching list ( it is under the Operators data management ) and add a PG.

I thing it will work

Also be sure that the pro acd number the option ACD station is set to ACD authorised phone set
