have setup mini scripts with menus for our field engineers + to run traces as advised by R&D. It makes things easier for the guys who are not so savvy with technical tasks :?

I set a script Once to clean a large network with database issues. I went on vacation, & someone else was able to do the work, pretty sweet 8)

And you?

Have you had to do some similar things?

me either for the UK job, happy to be in Oz with family & friends. Where are you based, you are French yes?

I have some sample scripts, I can send you if you like. You can use them to ypur own free will, just be careful with some, as they can be fairly heavy on the system

OK, it will be nice  ; I'll do tests.

Yes, I'm french and you, australian. The 4400 is overall; what is the leader by there ( Alcatel ) ?

I don't know exactly the figures, Alcatel now has a large share of the market (especially in hotel/hospital). I love the 4400, but I think it is slipping away in the development & support. It is ggod to see the enterprise on a linux platform, I just hope the R&D is as strong as it was for the 4400 8)

DHS3 4ever
