Cdr Raw data not 1 row

Dear all friend,
Warm greeting to all if you.
I seem to face big problem on raw data out put of cdr data
first we use A4100 the data out put is only 1 row, but when we upgrade to A4400 R5.01Ux the raw data is comout 2 line

I want it only in one line Any idea are warm welcome

Have you tried changing the "Applications\Accounting\Real-time ticket output parameter - Printing Format" from "Extended" to "Reduced"?
