I have analog sets for all the agents. Someone told me that with analog sets, the agent can pick-up or hook-on a comunication without using any buttom of the set. How can I do that? Do I have to leave the analog set off-hook all the time?

As analog set the only advice the PBX can have when user pickup or not is the pulse when the user pick-up, hook, flash. Maybe what your friend ment was using a headset, but even there the user has to press a button to pickup the call, its mandatory.
