USB loop mode from ip touch 310 wlan

Hi, I got a phone WLan IP Touch 310, the terminal does not start correctly and the display shows "USB LOOP MODE", also "USB running....." What can I do to return the phone to operate normally? thank you very much.

I have the same problem, with Batter Error and Battery I2C.
Can some one help me ? :)
