Pimphony not working with access

Hi,

I've been experimeting with Pimphony and access, but cant get it working right??
I've read the manual, but still no success. (i used the sample database)
The link with database is ok, is i call the right name displayed in pimphony (from database)
If i use the sample bat file (for testing) the phonenumber displays ok, but first name is the phone number ive dialed, last name is "INC" and ID is "EXT".
Annyone more expirience with this, im busy for hours now but nothing....
