No real time meter ticket on transfered call entering pilot

Hi,
Not sure if anybody have came across with this.
Software Release: R5.1.2-e2.504-1-k-fr-c5s2
Scenario:
=======
1. A business extension / hotel extension call to a CCD pilot.
2. An agent pick up the call, put the call onhold and dial an external number. When the call is connected, it is then transferred to the business extension / hotel extension.
3. Business extension hang up the call when then conversation finished.
Problem:
=======
There is no real time accounting ticket generated for point 3 above. However, there is ticket generated as soon as the agent has transferred the call (i.e. point 2 above).
Other testing was performed whereby an external call is transfer from a business extension to business extension (instead of a call which entering from the pilot) and the result is there are 2 tickets produced.
