Connection to OXO with OMC

Hello,

i cannot connect to OXO with OMC 700.17.1.a throught lan, i have this message:

HTTPS [login.4]-Soaplogin error -Error Code Aucune connectionn'a pu etre etablie car l 'ordinateurcible l a expressement refusée
I can "ping" the OXO, and I know I have the good password because I can connect with V24.
I have installed OMC 700.17.1.b and the problem is the same.
I have de-activated firewall and AntiVirus and the problem is the same.

==> But with another administrator session (I am administrator too on the other session!) to my computer, I can connect with LAN !!!

Has someone any ideas why ??

under LAN/IP config what is the default router address set to? For reasons unknown sometimes this has to be set up even when you are connecting over the same LAN.

thank you for your answer.
I configure my network lan with 192.168.92.10, mask 255.255.255.0.
With or without default router address 192.168.92.1 ; the problem is still the same.

Another idea ??

Disable any VLAN ID if configured.

Seen this once or twice. Reinstall software with LoLa. The issue will be cleared.

I m not to understand what you are telling me, which software? Oxo software version or OMC ?
Because, I can connect by LAN with another session on my computer, so i don't need to reinstall the oxo version...

Missed the part with other login you can connect without problem.
This means the problem lays with your account policy. So this is not an OXO problem.

For clarity. I mean LAN/IP config of the OXO. i.e. Harware & Limits/LAN / IP Configuration.

Can you connect using a V24 cable? (get a cisco console cable (light blue cable rj-45 on one end v.24 on the other) and reverse the RJ45 head i.e. take off the one on it and put on a new one). Connect this cable to the console port on the CPU and choose local v.24 as your connection method
