hI,

pLS HELP- I have a OXE which worked fine but suddenly it refuses
to connect client phones.
For configuration, the 4760 can not connect : CMISE error synchronisation
Telnet works but list command does not work. error loading shared libraries.

Any ideas.

Try to run a DB checkout, see incidents, check your hard disk, if i was you i will try to get a DB backup ASAP, check it, and change hard disk.

Hi,

When I get in the system by telnet and run any commands like list it says libraries not loaded.

Please advice on how to run some common database checks.
It refuses to run backup through the 4760 and of course it refuses to connect.

Do you have anything in

/usr2/oneshot
/usr2/servers
/DHS3data/mao

Go to /DHS3data/mao (using ftp) and save hardware.mao and software.mao

Go to /usr4/BACKUP/ and see if you have anything in the folder DAY or DAY-1 , DAY-2 ... You should save all of it

Go to /usr4/BACKUP/OPS and save all the files too

Where are you located ?
