Hi. I am facing some issues with boards eZ32. I already changed boards. Many incident 1275 and some 1276. It is a call center with CCA. During this incidents, analog sets don't get dial tone. Then the set gets into AUTOPOS. Reseting only one board is the solution!!. I already have a eSR, no solution yet. Has someone face this problem before?. It is release 8.0.1. Thanks in advance. Looks like your system is running out Q23 detectors.
- dsp problem on eZ32 board?
- high traffic from local analog subscribers?
- bad wiring - short curcuits on sbs line or connection to the ground so system thinks that sbs went on-hook.

Hi Alex. I already changed the two boards, so I don't think it is a bad DSP. About high traffic, good point: do you know how many simultaneous on-hook??. About wiring problems: I like this option too. I will do some more research. This problem is getting me tired. Thanks for you help. Regards.

For old Z24-2 I know that there were 8 DTMF detectors on one board.
On Z32/eZ32 there should be more I hope.
Also you can increase DTMF detectors using GPA2 and CPU7 boards.

Hi GPA don't seem to contribute to this detection. The load of the board is very low during the incident. Any specific configuration? I already configure the DSP program with detector opcion. Any thing else?. Regards.

You mean after all these years of experience you didn't try this first M? We all know ALU training say it is last resort.

This is a particular client. It is not easy to reboot, now we will have a double CPU configuration. Regards.

Hmmm - I think we need to cover some points on Human phsycology here.

1. Shutdown -r 20 (or whatever delay you need)
2. Go get a coffee and make sure the customer knows you are no-where near the OXE
3. When shutdown happens - wait for customer to find you in coffee area with drink in hand and chilling with pretty girl from finance department!
4. Act like superhero when they call you and get back on the OXE and look like you are analysing traces etc..
5. Later, explain how customer is so lucky you were their, and explain they should go and do LOTTO quickly
6. See if 'shutdown' fix your problem.
7. If customer suspects you screwed the system, explain that you are happy to walk away from site leaving system unchecked
8. Oh and on the way out, if you see a dog wearing a batman suit - kick it up the.. and say that one was from FONZY - don'y worry - he'll understand nicely!

It seems that you have a lot of experience!!! Thanks for your advise, I hope my customer is not reading this, because this will be the way I will work from now
