Office + ACD + detailed records

Hello there,

sorry for not knowing the OXO's ACD world, but well, we have theoretical problem like this:
small ACD, 1 T2 PRA for outside world, 15 agents and some company guys.

is there a possibility to obtain information like this:

call (with CLIP XXX ) arrived on T2, then it gone through ACD login, and finally got to Agent (No. YYYY)

maybe in some reports or some internal accounting i will see info:
XXX -> YYY ?
Any hints on this subject?

Have you had a look at the Statistic Manager reports (application for PC that comes with ACD, you should be able to download from BPWS)?

Is IP metering enabled on the OXO? IF it is install OLD driver on your PC connect to the OXO and you will get a raw data file called TicketCollector.xml you can manipulate this in excel to provide some data although not sure if it will give what you need....
