I'm developing a small application which I would like to integrate to OmniPCX Office, as I understand the application should communicate with the OLD application which is the one communicates with OXO. Do I communicate with OLD like in OXE? or it is totally different. How about the messages format?

I think, it is different. Example of file, generated by OLD, see in attach.

I see, do I have to read this file being generated by OLD from time to time?

TicketCollector.xml is a current file. After one hour or about that, OLD generates file with Name = Date&Time.xml. After that, the file TicketCollector.xml will be empty. From time to time OLD connectcs to OXO and retrieve tickets from OXO to TicketCollector.xml. I think, that you must read files with names Date&Time.xml.

I think, Hotel mode is different. If you have test OXO, you can make some tests. Switch OXO in Hotel mode, install OLD in Hotel mode and make traces. May be, you can find something useful in docs:
