Any who could expalained what is SMS(Software Maintenance Services) in the Actis, and what it is use for.

Hi. As far as I remember is 6% of software cost and is for 1 year of software maintenance. By this you can ask for tech support in Alcate-Lucent opening a eSR and apply parches. Regards.
