Re: Pls Help.....urgent!!!
Hi
If "To: <sip:7980;phone-context=cdp.udp.com@ubmail.com;user=phone>" is the to field in the invite message, the OXE will not be able to recognize it.
It should be standart an look like :
INVITE sip:39988783@10.7.0.74 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.7.0.65:5060;branch=z9hG4bKjof5m000b8212do5c4s1.1
From: "39988784 39988784"<sip:039988784@172.16.60.1;user=phone>;tag=282290078-1229855627191-
To: "39988783 39988783"<sip:39988783@172.16.60.1>
Call-ID: BW123347191211208206535576@172.16.60.1
CSeq: 747490268 INVITE
Contact: <sip:039988784@10.7.0.65:5060;transport=udp>
P-Asserted-Identity: "39988784 39988784"<sip:039988784@172.16.60.1;user=phone>
You should generate OXE SIP traces and analyse them.
to run the OXE SIP traces, please type :
motortrace 3 (enter)
traced (enter)
capture all the traces in a file and analyse.
Good luck

OXE does NOT support "phone-context", you have to open a marketing request
if you want the it will be developed
It was already discused here in the forum, use the search function.
But If I remember correctly Nortel has a patch available to deactivate "phone-context" on CS1K
Cheers,
