Call Release problem

Hi people. Here we have a call-center with analog phone set and the CCA.The problem is the next: when the agent have a call form the ACD and makes a external call, and if the external called party hooks before the agent both communication (the ACD and the external) get lost. A "PBX Error " appears in the CCA application. Can someone help me? thanks very much.

There is a post very similar to yours, the problem is that if your customer telephone line doesn't has polarity inverse it wont hook up after one minute has passed. There is no solution only that you always hang up first. Now i don't see why your CCA should have an error, maybe because it doesn't understand the PAUSE message from the PBX.

I'll try to update your CCA version if not using the last one for start
