I am trying to see if it is possible to configure my OXO to routemy outgoing call to an Voip Server.
Is this feature supported in OXO?
I saw something (gateway hostmane, h323, codec) in the Automatic Routing Selection but I am missing where to enter the paramether I have (login, password, sip proxy server, sip proxy socket, stun server, stun server socket).
Do you have experience in this context?
Thanks in advance for your help.

At this stage, the OXO only supports networking via H323. Apparently the next release (5.1) will include SIP, along with a swathe of other features. Either sit back and wait for the next release (probably due mid this year), or see if your VoIP provider can accept H323 connections.
To view the IP information in the Automatic Route Selection area, right click and select 'IP Parameters'. From there it's a simple act of adding the type of address (Gateway is usually the best), IP, keepalive time etc.
Just remember to add your VoIP ports in the ARS>Trunk group list and set it as the trunk group for your chosen route.
thanks

Thank you very much for your reply.
probably I will wait for the new release.
Is it expensive to update the oxo to the latest release? do you have any experience?

The upgrades that I have done in the past have been resonably cheap. Some of the time we have needed to add extra hardware (larger hard disk & RAM), but the upgrades haven't been too bad. Generally around AU$4000 depending on hardware requirements.
thank you astro
