call a log-in agent by the set number

Hi everybody. The scenario is: when an agent log-in in the CCA using the number 1000 in the set 2000 , you can't call the agent by dialling the set number (2000). I heard about a configuration in the CCD that you can call the agent by dialing the phone set number (2000). Who can tell me where the configuration is? Thanks very much.

You need to go to Application/CCd/Operator/Op data management and then enter 2000 in private agent number......That all folks :D
