call a log-in agent by the set number

Hi everybody. The scenario is: when an agent log-in in the CCA using the number 1000 in the set 2000 , you can't call the agent by dialling the set number (2000). I heard about a configuration in the CCD that you can call the agent by dialing the phone set number (2000). Who can tell me where the configuration is? Thanks very much.
