Hi!

Does anybody know how to configure Pimphony Pro? I have just installed it on an Omni PCX Office and it all works fine, except I cannot dial directly from Outlook. Any ideas?

It can be a bit frustrating at times, can't it?

When you hit the dial button on the top of the contact, press the Dialling Options button:



Then select the user's extension number from the drop-down list. By default, for some reason, Outlook tries to use a generic h323 connection or an onboard modem:
