wake up call

I have a site which has requested to allow the receptionist to make a wake up call on a room even if the room has not been checked in.

Basically the hotel does not get any revenue from the hotel hanset (everyone has a mobile) but wants to be able to give a wake up call. Is the wake up feature only allowed when checked in, or is there a address which will allow the user to over ride this ?

As I know, the wake up appoinment remind is a facility for the hole system, it is not attach exclusive for rooms extensions, no matter if it a business or hotel system. Also, in a hotel system, and administrative set can dial the wake appoinment remind prefix, so, have you try to use the prefix? If yes and still do not work, Do you try to see the phone facility category rights?.

thanks for the info this is a oxo system in hotel mode, can you create a wake up prefix ??
