4760 directory consultation using 4059 attendant

Hi anyone has the step to configure 4760 directory consultation using 4059 attendant and pop up function when there is a call to the mainline.
It will show the customer information like name.

Do you just want the name, or more informations ? Are you talking about an CRM center ?

No No using Omnivista to store the database of customer detail.

This data is link throught LDAP to 4095 to pop up when there is an incoming call.
